The Position
As a Professional Organizer and Move Assistant, you will help our clients:
- Declutter, organize, and downsize their homes.
- Pack and unpack during relocations.
- Plan functional and comfortable layouts for new living spaces.
- Stay on track with tasks and decision-making.
- Provide support through emotional and logistical transitions.
Position Requirements
- A minimum of one year’s experience working with seniors and/or physically challenged adults
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a calm reassuring presence
- A calm, respectful presence, and professional demeanor
- Patience and empathy for working with older adults and families in transition.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfort with basic technology (email, calendar apps, online checklists)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Additional Skills that would be considered a plus:
- Experience in caregiving, teaching, design, or project management.
- Are naturally solution-oriented and love bringing order to chaos.
- Experience in customer service where you are in direct contact with the customer.
Hours & Details
- Typically, weekdays and occasional Saturdays
- Competitive hourly pay plus mileage reimbursement for travel.
- Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Training provided – We will teach you our proven process.
- Every day is different, and you will make a real impact.
